“Literally Speaking" unfolds over a day in February, offering a glimpse into a man's life in a typical Swedish setting. The story follows his day chronologically, from A in the morning to Ö in the evening, emphasizing the unnoticed yet impactful moments in February's monotony. The film captures the essence of the midwinter period and the subtleties of daily life.

7 minutes 2D-animated film made together with Julia Sangborn (writer).

Julia's texts about their family's Jewish identity, shared over goulash and TV, help bridge the gap caused by Katinka's memory loss, fostering a stronger connection between grandmother and granddaughter.

Honorable mention at Swedish Short Film Festival. Selected to Uppsala Short Film Festival, Rex Animation Festival, Miami Jewish Film Festival as well as Vårsalongen 2024 at Liljevalchs in Stockholm, Sweden.

Ingrid is in her third and final year at the Swedish Royal Ballet School, soon to graduate and enter the professional dance world. It’s filled with excitement and motivation, as well as doubts, comparisons, and fear of failure when applications for higher education are around the corner.
